The next-generation ordering platform we developed for our dealers and corporate customers is now live. Following six months of development, the platform was shaped by feedback from more than 120 of our dealers.
Parts lookup by chassis number
The most requested feature was parts lookup by chassis number (VIN). Enter the VIN and the system resolves the vehicle's model, engine type and production year, then lists only the parts that fit that specific vehicle. This largely eliminates the most common problem in workshops serving multi-brand fleets: ordering the wrong part and the returns process that follows.
Other key improvements
- Real-time stock visibility: stock figures on the product page are live-integrated with the warehouse system, ending the "I ordered it, then was told it was out of stock" scenario.
- Cross-reference search: search by OE number, aftermarket number or product code, with all compatible alternatives shown together in the results.
- Quick order screen: paste product codes in bulk to build a basket in one action — seconds instead of minutes for regular buyers.
- Order tracking: preparing, dispatched and delivered stages shown alongside the carrier tracking number.
- Account statement: balance, open invoices and order history on a single screen.
- Favourite lists: frequently ordered items can be saved as lists and added to the basket in one click.
Mobile use
The new platform was designed to be fully mobile-friendly. Field teams and service technicians can look up parts and place orders from a phone while standing at the vehicle. Our usage data showed that a significant share of order traffic already came from mobile devices; this release answers that need directly.
Migration
Existing dealer accounts were migrated automatically — no re-registration is required. Order history and account records have been preserved. Short video guides covering the platform are available in your account panel; for further help, contact your dealer representative.
